Second Cohort · 3 Months · Online
In 3 months you will build the foundation to run a real project end to end: plan scope and budget, lead a team, manage stakeholders, and keep risks under control.
Aligned with PMI (PMBOK 8th edition) and IPMA standards
This program helps participants master the core principles, methodologies, and best practices of project management — and develop the ability to effectively lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects across all lifecycle stages. The training is 100% hands-on: participants complete assignments, work with real cases, and simulate real-world project situations — ensuring they can apply their knowledge immediately at work and are ready to manage real projects.
